Overnight Chicken Stock

Ingredients

Chicken bones and skin from baked chicken

Carrots

Onions

Celery tops

Parsley

Garlic

Bit of salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

All of the skin and bones from above recipe can be put back into crockpot. Add cut up veggies, parsley and garlic. Fill crockpot with water, some salt and pepper. Cook on low for 12 hrs (overnight). Strain out all of the solids. Let the broth cool. Put broth into tupperware and freeze for future soup making!
