Crispy Pork Chops with Spaghetti

Serves 6


  • 6 pork chops @wildharmonyfarm

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 20 grinds black pepper

  • Avocado oil

  • 1 lb spaghetti

  • 2 24 oz jars marinara sauce, divided

  • Good parmesan cheese and basil to top


Beat eggs in a medium shallow dish and put aside. Add flour, salt and pepper to another medium shallow dish and mix well-put aside. Heat large cast iron skillet to medium heat with enough avocado oil to cover bottom about 1/4 inch up. For each chop- dip in egg then in flour mixture-be sure to coat entire chop. Add chops to hot skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Cook to your liking-mine took about 4 minutes on each side. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain spaghetti and add back to pot. Add 1 jar of sauce and mix well. Serve spaghetti with extra sauce, crispy pork chop, parmesan cheese and basil.
