2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb kielbasa sausage from Wild Harmony Farm
bok choy, chopped from Little River Farm
green garlic, chopped from Little River Farm
mixed micro greens from Little River Farm
sunflower shoots from Little River Farm
salad dressing of your choice
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Slice kielbasa links into bite size pieces. Add kielbasa to hot pan. Cook a few minutes, then flip and add chopped green garlic and chopped bok choy. Cook a few more minutes, stirring a couple times to coat greens with oil. Cook until bok choy is wilted.
Serve with green salad.
