Pork Spareribs
We have found these to be most delicious when cooked slow and long. Out latest success was to just sprinkle some salt on them, and lay them in a 200 degree grill for about 4 hours, flipping every 30 minutes, or whenever you think of it. Towards the end, lather it with barbecue sauce, and turn the grill up to 350 for about 5 minutes on each side or until the barbecue sauce just begins to caramelize. Bon appetite!
