Our liverwurst is made from our own pork and beef livers. Don't be afraid. I was nervous the first time I tried it, but now I love it. It's already cooked, so all you have to do is thaw it out in the fridge, and it's ready to go. We use it as a spread on crackers as an appetizer. Sometimes we mix in minced raw onions to add some texture to it.
